About Karla
Hi, I’m Karla Beaudoin, a bilingual wedding officiant dedicated to creating ceremonies filled with love, joy, and meaning. Since 2022, I’ve had the privilege of officiating more than 75 weddings, helping couples celebrate their story with authenticity and care.
I began my journey in Charlotte, working alongside my mother, who taught me the heart, professionalism, and grace it takes to guide couples on their most important day. Today, I proudly continue that legacy in Indianapolis, offering ceremonies in English, Spanish, or both.
Whether you’re planning a cozy backyard “I do” or a grand celebration, my goal is to make your ceremony effortless, emotional, and unforgettable. I am proud to be LGBTQ+ inclusive and to ensure every couple feels seen, celebrated, and supported.

Travel: Serving Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply.
Deposits & Payments: A $50 deposit is required to reserve your date. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Cash App.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels. If I must cancel, you will receive a full refund. Rescheduling is always welcomed when possible.

Do you customize the ceremony?
Yes. I work with each couple to co-create a personalized script that reflects your story, vows, and traditions.
Will you file our marriage license?
Yes. I’ll sign and file it with the county/state as required.
Do you travel?
Yes. Travel may include an additional fee.
What if we need to reschedule?
I understand that life happens. Rescheduling is always possible when my availability allows.
Do you require a rehearsal?
No, but I’m happy to lead one if you’d like extra peace of mind before the big day.
